SATURDAY-SUNDAY, MAY 29-30, 2010 – ROCHESTER MUNICIPAL PARK

New!  Heritage Days Festival! Coming up again at the end of May during the Saturday and Sunday of Memorial Weekend, the Rochester Area Jaycees will be once again hosting an entertainment area for kids and adults.  Our highly visible area across the bridge from the police station and next to the Kiwanis Club Pavilion will be one of the most fun attractions at the festival.  The newly renamed festival is no longer run by the Heritage Committee of Rochester.  It is now a city-funded festval currently being run by the Dinosaur Hill Nature Preserve in Rochester Hills.  For the third year in a row, the Jaycees will be using Summit Rock Wall Adventures as its fund-raising tool for this festival.  We need a hand full of people to come out on both days to help run the equipment and man the information both.  We run two shifts on both days from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (koomson).  Please contact Douglas Allen to with any questions or to sign up to help.  Hope to see you all there.

P.S. The Heritage Festival has been moved to September 25th and 26th at the Rochester College Campus, and we have been invited to attend and setup the rock wall and extreme air jumpers there too.
