Thank you for visiting the website of the Rochester Area Jaycees. Since 1958, we have been building leaders in the Rochester area. We offer a wide range of opportunities for young people between the ages of 21 and 40 to expand their horizons and serve their community.
Our membership is made up of outstanding individuals from all walks of life who are dedicated to bettering themselves and their region. Whether they are students or professionals, entrepreneurs or public servants, our members come together to network, socialize, learn, serve, and lead.
We conduct many projects each year to help keep this community great. These projects include preparing and delivering Easter baskets to home-bound seniors, teaching young children how to be safe, running the haunted house in Rochester, and taking underprivileged children shopping for the holidays. The Rochester Area Jaycees have long provided leadership development opportunities through the management of these and other community service projects and will continue to serve the Rochester area for many years to come.
We are committed to providing the resources and tools for the leaders of tomorrow to develop experience and hone their skills within a supportive network of mentors and peers. We provide emerging leaders with the knowledge and practice they need to realize their full potential.
