Letter of Recommendation
You are required to either email or mail one letter of recommendation from a school guidance counselor, teacher, coach, clergyman, or employer. Email to safetytown@rajc.org or mail to JCI Rochester Area Safety Town, PO Box 80161, Rochester, MI 48308. We must receive your letter of recommendation by Tuesday, June 1.

Orientation
A short, mandatory orientation will be held on approximately one week before the first session starts. It will be held in the afternoon at Hamlin Elementary School. Additional information regarding this orientation will be sent with the confirmation letter. Parent attendance is not mandatory, but is welcomed.
Session Dates
Safety Town consists of two 2-week sessions with AM and PM sessions. Team leaders are expected to be present for the following times: 8:30-11:30 am for morning sessions and 12:00 to 3:15 pm for afternoon sessions. All sessions will run Tuesday through Friday of each week. Safety Town will be held at Hamlin Elementary School, 270 W. Hamlin Rd., Rochester Hills.

Note:
This is a volunteer position. Team leaders will receive $50 per full set of half-day sessions to offset travel and expenses.
